We use personal data to operate and secure the platform, publish moderated reviews and trust scores, manage merchant dashboards and certifications, process subscriptions and API access, respond to support requests, detect fraud and abuse, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

Reviews, ratings, comments and verification proofs you submit may be published after moderation. We may display a privacy-friendly author label (for example first name and last initial). Do not include sensitive personal data in public review text. Proof documents are stored securely and are not published publicly.
