Device passports
A device passport is the test report of one specific refurbished device: hardware diagnostics, battery health, warranty and the seller who published it. Each passport has its own ID and QR code, so you can check it before or after you buy.
What a passport contains
- Hardware test results, grouped by component
- Battery health, warranty length and cosmetic condition
- A device score out of 100, with the detail of its five pillars
- The seller who published it, linked to their trust profile
How to verify a passport
- Scan the QR code supplied with the device: it opens the passport's public page on RefurbScore.
- Or enter the passport ID shown under the QR code.
