For businesses
RefurbScore certification
Claim your company profile, reply to your customers and have your practices audited. Certification shows buyers that your tests, warranty and after-sales service have been checked.
Score independence guarantee
RefurbScore trust scores reflect verified reviews, audits, certifications and validated evidence only. Paying for a plan unlocks merchant tools — it never increases your score.
How it works
From claiming your profile to certification
- 1
Create your business account
Sign up for free, then claim your company's profile.
- 2
Complete your information
Warranty, returns, contact details: each data point is checked by our team before it is published.
- 3
Request an audit
From your business space, request the certification audit (included in the Certified plan). An auditor reviews your tests, warranty and after-sales service.
- 4
Receive your tier
After a successful audit, your tier follows from your trust score and is shown on your profile.
